On the Basement Floor

I've done at least a 30 minute yoga practice everyday (online with Yogatoday) since January 26. I'm determined to get back to where I was before retirement. Somehow I lost my way.

Of course it is in the basement, in front of my workbench, so it is rather basic and certainly not a very elegant view in savasana, but there you have it, floor joists and all....

This (and my ache lower back) inspired me to do a little yoga this morning. I only have a good spot in the middle of my living room, which isn't very convenient or scenic. But I think the intent is the important piece. Here's hoping you get back to where you used to be!

Thank you! You are correct. The intent is 99% of it and not so much the place (even though I have to work my hands between those floor joists on standing poses. I'm hoping you continue to be inspired to practice.
