Looks like the house from 'Courage the cowardly dog' in winter... The place is even called Nowhere! And they also have this.. windmill? I really used to like that show 😂
It looks really pretty! I'd love to spend some time in a place like this!

Yes it's a windmill!
It is a great place to live. So quiet and so dark at night which brings out the stars.
