"Is There in Truth No Beauty"

Hypocrisy is one of those "do as I say, not as I do" things that I've found myself insidiously entwined around more than a few times in my life. It's even been easier to call out others over it -- but it feels so unproductive and ugly to do so.
As I get older, I want to affirm and remember there is more beauty and production in acknowledging the positive attributes in others, wherever they are.
Maybe I've lost my youthful idealism, maybe I yearn more for a sense of peace. I just don't know.
