In some ways, I am envious of the folks who made you. Who could be so fortunate - to craft a vehicle that, in design eloquence could capably transport ice cream, cat litter, cereal, and chocolate milk?

But...
Your back wheel has a flat spot (it could be a chewing gum issue but I'm not really sure). One of your front wheels shudders while browsing down the aisles and it always seems that you want to bear to the left even on purposeful rights. Oh, and the ceramic tile floor near the deli makes you rattle like a can of marbles. You've endured so many rains that your welds are rusting through the chrome, while the sun has bleached your handle from a shiny new red to a dull and faded orange. All of your identifying letters are but a ghost of the name you once touted, but be certain, that I won't forget you.

The smartest kids know that the best place to ride - is underneath on your bottom rack. They must surely know that the compendium of stealth items which their parents don't want, will somehow end up deep inside of you.

At times, I'll see a person using you at the store instead of their sturdy cane or walker. You graciously lend them confidence and perhaps an assuring veil to wear in regard to any stability issues.

Still, I'll follow you around and race with you to the car. I'll be sure you make it safely to the cart return. Even though you may not realize it, the best memories are made from the everyday of times
